Privatization Act
An Act of Parliament to provide for the privatization of public assets by requiring the formulation and implementation of a privatization programme by a Privatization Commission to be established by this Act and for related purposes.

Privatization Programme
The Privatization Programme (PP) consists of the list of public sector assets approved by the Cabinet to be considered for privatization and subsequently privatized once the approval process is completed.
